Undo the bolt pictured which is at the bottom of the winder and attaches it to the door.
Then pull the winder towards you allowing the glass to slide downwards. Make sure it doesn't scratch on the sides.

Door - removing the glass
After winding the window all the way down, remove the horizontal bolts that hold the glass to the winder mechanism. Be careful not to let the glass to drop!
Undo the bolt pictured which is at the bottom of the winder and attaches it to the door.
Then pull the winder towards you allowing the glass to slide downwards. Make sure it doesn't scratch on the sides.
