Rubber trim on the body, by the door

Just had a final look over the body to check nothing was left on before it goes off to shot blasting.

Cleaning the gear stick and selector rod

The gear stick was a bit rusty but nothing to major.


The gear selector rod had some surface rust.


Free of rust and paint.

Cleaning the front brakes

The front brakes had quite a buildup on rust and grime.


The internal parts needed cleaning and re-greasing.


The brake drum and back plate cleaned up well.


Fortunately the front brake cylinders where in good condition.
