It seemed to fit, just needed welding.
On the other side was the redundant bracket for the front bumper. It could attach to this with ease. Just need to lengthen the cables.

Horn - placement
The new part (front passenger side clip section) had no place for the horn to be attached. So I detatched the old horn bracket.
It seemed to fit, just needed welding.
